Mindfulness Movement & Meditation Classes

Classes are tailored for beginners, providing a safe space for people to enjoy movement, relax, and connect with your mind, body and soul. Expect gentle techniques like mindful stretches, breathing exercises and meditation - no specific skills or levels are needed, just bring your positive spirit!

What to wear:

Please wear comfortable and flexible clothing such as leggings, joggers, tank tops, t-shirts, trainers etc. Avoid restrictive clothing or items like jeans and boots. You may be advised to remove shoes and socks. 

What to bring:

Plenty of water and a small towel. A single yoga mat if possible. 

Where and when:

Thursdays at Harrow Arts Centre, 171 Uxbridge Rd, Pinner HA5 4EA inside Greenhill Studio 2 

10:30AM-11:30AM

Please arrive 5 minutes early to avoid disrupting the class and remember to turn off your phone.

Price:

£12 per class, pay as you go. Card only please. Please always arrive with your receipt at hand for any payment already made online.
